Quality Systems

MTI Manufacturing is proud to be continuously certified to current ISO 9001:2008 standards since 2009.

Key features of the MTI Manufacturing Quality Management System include:

  • Documented Procedures and Work Instructions governing all manufacturing and support processes.
  • Quality-based Purchasing and Supplier control procedures.
  • Documented set-up and machining standards for process equipment.
  • Effective Gage Calibration and recall system.
  • Scheduled Internal Quality Audits.

Quality planning begins as soon as a new order is received.

The new quality plan initiates multiple steps including special gauges or fixtures designed and fabricated as needed. When tooling is finished, samples and dimensional layouts are produced.

Formal ISO training and instruction meetings are held to continue our employee improvement program.
